Refund Policy


Lamplanet works hard to ensure that all our products are high-quality materials & shipped on time and accurately. You are fully protected by our “Total Satisfaction And Full Money Back Guarantee” which applies for a full 60 days period after purchase date if you are disappointed for any of the following reasons:

  • The product itself is damaged beyond simple repair.
  • The quality of the unit is poor (since we have strict quality controls, this will be analyzed on a case to case basis).
  • The final product is materially different than the image presented on the product page.

If there’s been any unsatisfactory product issue, we grant you a refund or re-ship the item at our cost. Quality issues are very rare, but we figured you should know anyway, so please don’t worry at all. We are here for you at all time.

No matter what, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at any time here and we’ll find a solution for your case because as we said, your satisfaction is our top priority and our guarantee.


If for whatever reason your specific case doesn’t fall under any of the refund reasons mentioned above, we might ask you to return the lamplanet and give you a full refund.

We are also known to sometimes refund you and allow you to keep your lamp (but this is a case to case decision since we are talking about issues non related to product quality here).


You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of your original order.

Why? Because we ship once every day and if your order is already shipped we won’t be able to do anything about it until it arrives at your door in which case you’d send it back and only then would we be able to process the refund.

Please be advised that cancellation or order modification requests to replace a prior, existing or present order using promo codes are excluded from the cancellation policy. Please see Coupon / Promo / Discount Codes section for more information.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
